Plumbline / report an error
If anything we show about a contractor is wrong, stale, or matched to the wrong business, tell us. We will check it against the source and correct it. Correcting a record is free, always, and we never charge a contractor to fix their own record.
Email corrections@plumbline.org with the contractor name or license number and what is wrong, plus the page link if you have it. We re-check status disputes against the issuing agency's record.
While we review a disputed record we mark it under review. We annotate, we do not quietly delete. The issuing agency's live page is authoritative for today.
